We have been supporting hospitals with workflow automation solutions since 1997.
What is your primary product or service?
PCTS provides workflow automation software and services to help health care facilities to improve their efficiency and safety of their operations. Patient/asset tracking software as well as clinical documentation software integrate real-time locating technologies such as RFID, infrared, ultrasound, Wi-Fi, to automatically capture location information without manual entry by busy caregivers. Workflow and clinical intelligence within our software identify and support the care progression of patients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
PCTS has pioneered the use of real-time locating technologies to provide workflow automation support in high acuity areas of the hospital including the emergency and surgical services departments. As a result, we offer the most advanced software that can automatically track patients and assets. Our software interfaces with the leading real time locating techologies. PCTS provides the only emergency department documentation system with native automatic patient and asset tracking.
