What is your primary product or service?
Plumbing Repair, Replacement & Maintenance: Interior or under ground leaks or breaks, water or sewer, camera inspection, faucets, water heaters, flush valves, lift stations.
Drain Cleaning: Professional grade drain cleaning machines for sinks, commodes, floor drains, and sewer mains, high velocity water jetting for problem drain lines that may harbor excessive grease, storm sewers and roof drains.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked for another national company for 5 years and then partnered with another plumber to create a new more customer and employee friendly business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't use flat rate books that overprice everything, we don't make false promises about being on time and then make up some bogus rules about when the time starts. We call before we come out so you can stay at work or do errands and we will meet you within a half hour of when we call and if you can't be there then we just call you back as soon as we have another service man free. Rapid-Rooter Plumbing is licensed, bonded and insured and you can depend on our work, if something isn't right you just call us and we will have someone come back out and get it fixed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
No we don't have plans to expand to other areas, our office is in central Charlotte close to 85, 77 and 485 Rapid-Rooter has GPS dispatching and all our trucks have GPS mapping so in essence we have locations anywhere in the Charlotte Metro Area you might need us to be.

We don't receive customers at our location, our service techs work all over the Charlotte Metro Area they proceed directly to the next call in order of urgency and then order of call, so if your restaurant has sewage backing up in the floor, you know your issue, will take precedence over a residential kitchen sink backing up, we value ALL our clients but know the difference between and emergency that will shut your business down and an inconvenience.
