Peter Anderes, a real estate tax specialist, syndicator and developer founded Anderes Custom Homes in 1995. His interest in architecture compelled him to create homes that evoke strong family traditions and rouse the heart and soul.

Anderes Custom Homes is renowned for distinctive design, building homes that embody understated, classic architecture that uniquely blend simplicity and elegance.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Anderes Custom Homes and Anderes Development Group have homes in the Myers Park area of Charlotte and developments in Charlotte, Linville and Lake Lure, North Carolina. Additional expansion is planned.
